From Cardiff and Swansea take the M4 and A48 dual carriageway to Carmarthen. Take the A484 and B4333 roads for Newcastle Emlyn and continuing to Cenarth. Penlan Holiday Park is a small family run holiday park of privately owned Scandinavian-style holiday wooden lodges, situated in beautiful woodland and parkland settings. This holiday chalet is furnished and currently let and occupied. The accommodation comprises of a spacious open plan lounge and dining room with access leading off to a fully fitted kitchen. There is a main bedroom and second bedroom and a bathroom with fitted bath with electric shower over, pedestal basin and toilet.GENERAL COMMENTS :
We are informed that the development of the Holiday Park was originally commenced in 1971/1972 but it has and remains subject to general improvement to the present day - The chalets are sold leasehold on 99 year leases and each being subject to annual site and facility maintenance charge of £2,000 per annum. We are informed that the owners of each of the chalets is responsible for the payment of Council Tax.
